Teen Stabbed in Little Village Robbery

A 15-year-old boy was left in critical condition Sunday morning after he was stabbed in the neck and robbed of his wallet on Chicago’s West Side, police said.

The boy was approached by a group of males around 2:20 a.m. in an alley in the 2700 block of South Homan Avenue in the Little Village neighborhood, according to authorities.

The boy was stabbed in the neck and robbed, said Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro. It was not known if the teen gave the offenders the wallet or if it was taken after the stabbing.

The teen was last listed in critical condition at Mount Sinai Hospital.
