Man accused of smoking under the bleachers at high school wrestling tournament

Peter Mulloy was released on $120 bond.

A Warren Township High School special education teacher faces multiple charges after he was allegedly caught smoking marijuana at a wrestling tournament.

According to the Daily Herald, police say an undercover officer smelled a strong odor of marijuana in the Antioch High School gymnasium, and discovered 50-year-old Peter Mulloy smoking weed under the bleachers.

Mulloy was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug equipment. He was later freed on a $120 bond.

It's not clear how the arrest will affect Mulloy's status at the school, where he's taught since 2007.
