A Roosevelt high school student was injured Wednesday after he was shot less than a block away from the school.
It happened at about 2:25 p.m. in the 4700 block of North Kimball Avenue.
The 15-year-old boy was waiting for the bus when he was approached by two men and shot in the leg.
The victim was listed in good condition at an area hospital.
Two suspects apprehended shortly after the shooting are being questioned by police. The gun believed to have been used in the shooting has also been located.
It's not clear what prompted the shooting.
