Man Arrested For Impersonating U.S. Marshall at CPS Facility

    A south suburban man faces felony charges for impersonating a U.S. Marshall at a Chicago Public Schools facility.

    Brandon Salvatore, 22, of the 22800 block of South Lakeshore Street in Richton Park was arrested Thursday morning, police said.

    Police said Salvatore entered a CPS facility in the 10300 block of South Elizabeth Street and falsely claimed he was a U.S. Marshal. When he wasn't able to produce the proper credentials, he was arrested.

    Salvatore was charged with felonies for false impersonation of a federal employee and unlawful use of weapons.
