The Kennedy Expressway was shut down amid a shooting investigation in Chicago overnight, authorities said.
Illinois State Police said they received a call of shots fired just before midnight Tuesday on northbound Interstate 90 near Diversey. There, they found a vehicle with bullet hole damage but no one appeared injured in the incident, according to ISP.
The Kennedy Expressway was shut down between Division and Kedzie from about 12:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.
