Services for Anita Kustok, the Orland Park school teacher, who was allegedly shot and killed by her husband begin Wednesday in Lansing.
Visitation is scheduled for 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Rosemoor Funeral Home at 17943 S. Torrence Avenue in Lansing. A memorial mass in her honor will be said at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Knock church at 501 163rd Street in Calumet City.
Kustok is the mother of Comcast SportsNet Anchor/reporter, Sarah Kustok and former Northwestern University Quarterback, Zack Kustok. Both children have only spoken through their attorney and have no plans to comment until after the funeral.
Meanwhile their father Alan Kustok faces first degree murder charges for the death of their mother and was held on a $2 million dollar bond. There is speculation that he will be transferred out of Cook County Jail due to insider information he gained as an employee there from 2004 to 2007.
