Self-Serve Beer Proposed for Miller Park

Self-serve beer could be on its way to Miller Park.

Milwaukee Sportservice has filed an application with the city to install two beer vending machines at the Milwaukee Brewers ballpark.

The self-serve machines debuted at Target Field in Minneapolis in time for the All-Star Game.

Users buy a card they can scan at the machine, which can pour up to 48 ounces every 15 minutes.

You may not see the machines at Miller Park this season. The Common Council's licensing committee is expected to review the application in September.
