A company owned by the Ricketts family has reportedly purchased three more Wrigley rooftop properties this week, giving them control of more than half of the rooftop business buildings across the street from the iconic field.

Crain’s Chicago Business reported Greystone Sheffield Holdings has purchased Beyond the Ivy rooftop buildings at 1010 and 1038 W. Waveland Ave. along with the Sky Lounge Wrigley Rooftop located at 1048 W. Waveland Ave.

The news was reported on the same day Wrigley Rooftops, a brand owned by the Ricketts family, launched a new website for fans.

Capitalizing on the Cubs recent spike in popularity, WrigleyRooftops.com will offer fans the opportunity to book group and individual game-day tickets at 10 rooftops along Sheffield and Waveland avenues, according to a release from the company.

Designed as a one-stop shop for fans looking to attend events at the rooftop spaces, the site will feature a 3D map and 360-degree views from skybox seats along with a list of amenities and real-time reservation availability. The site will also offer all-inclusive ticket packages for premier and luxury group spaces.

Each rooftop ticket will include food, beverage, and a view of the game. Tickets are on sale now with prices starting at $65 a ticket.

The Cubs are projected to finish with a record of 95-67 in the 2016 season, according to the baseball statistics website Fangraphs. Thanks to the additions of Jason Heyward and Ben Zobrist to the roster, the team is also co-favorites to win the World Series in 2016.
