Publican to Replace Wolfgang Puck Café at O'Hare: Report

Publican Tavern will open in the spring, according to a report

Travelers at O’Hare International Airport will have a new option to satisfy their appetites.

The popular west loop eatery The Publican will have a new restaurant at O’Hare International Airport, replacing one of Wolfgang Puck’s locations, according to Crain’s Chicago Business.

The airport’s concessionaire HMSHost and One Off Hospitality, the management group behind the Publican, agreed to open Publican Tavern at Terminal 3 near American Airlines’ gates, according to Crain’s Chicago Business. The new restaurant will take over the space occupied by the Wolfgang Puck Café.

Wolfgang Puck has three other locations inside the airport, two Wolfgang Puck Expresses and a Wolfgang Puck Kiosk, according to the restaurant’s website.

The Publican, located inside the Fulton Market, offers customers an eclectic mix of beer, pork and seafood, according to its website.

Publican Tavern will open in the spring, according to the report.
