Authorities are still searching for a man in a black suit who robbed a Homewood bank on Friday.
Around 1:30 p.m. a man in a black suit with a handgun walked into an MB Financial Bank located in Walt's Food Center at 2325 W. 183rd St.
The suspect told the teller he was there to rob the bank and then brandished the handgun. He obtained an unknown amount of cash before fleeing on foot.
The man is described as 6-foot tall with a medium build, closely cropped hair with a beard but is balding. He was wearing a black suit, white shirt, tie and glasses.
Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact the Chicago Office of the FBI at 312-421-6700 or the Homewood Police Department at 708-206-3420.
