A southwest suburban man was caught blaring music from a car that wasn’t his after he awoke the owner of the car while rocking out in her driveway.
Angel Cadena was charged with criminal trespassing, marijuana possession, disorderly conduct and obstructing justice, according to the Will County Sheriff’s office.
The SouthtownStar is reporting that Will County Sheriff’s police were called to the home in Lockport Township around 3 a.m. Tuesday after the owner of a Volkswagon Passat was awakened by loud music coming from her driveway.
Police reportedly said they could hear the stereo from more than 100 feet away.
The owner said the Passat had been left unlocked and deputies believe Cadena used a plug-in air freshener to engage the battery, the SouthtownStar reported.
