Looking at a Playboy web site during work hours will usually guarantee you a one-way pass to the HR office.

But when a planned new site gets off the ground, you can feel free to surf away while at work -- provided your employer has no problem with you viewing scantily-clad as opposed to fully-nude models.

PaidContent.org reports that the Chicago-based company is working on a "free, safe-for-work site" called TheSmokingJacket.com.

The web site will not feature nudity in an attempt to attract different readers and advertisers, according to company execs.

Maybe the new site will help bring back readers that moved on to their rival Maxim magazine.

A specific launch date has not been set for the new site, but visit it now and you'll find the following message:

"TheSmokingJacket.com is the safe-for-work website that brings you everything you love about men's entertainment and the internet - minus the stuff that'll get you into hot water at the office!"

Playboy's new site is believed to try to lure back customers who've flocked to less-risque magazines such as Maxim.
