A pizza delivery man who was robbed at gunpoint early Tuesday morning says he's certain his robber has snagged a pie from him in the past.
Tomas Soto told officers that he was delivering a pizza in the 6100 block of N. Damen Ave. early Tuesday. The customer came outside, pointed a gun at him and demanded the pizza and all the money Soto had on him, according to a police report.
Soto said he didn't give the robber anything, and instead got into his car and followed the man to a nearby Citgo station.
Officers there arrested the man, 18-year-old Domonique Sutton.
Soto told police that he's "positive" Sutton stole a pizza from him in the past.
Sutton was charged with one count of felony attempted armed robbery, police said. The gun has not been found.
