A judge has again delayed Drew Peterson's murder-for-hire trial.
The former suburban Chicago police officer is accused of trying to hire a fellow prison inmate to kill the prosecutor who helped convict him in his ex-wife's death.
Peterson was scheduled for trial next month, but the judge agreed Tuesday to the delay trial until Nov. 13 to give both sides more time to prepare.
Peterson's attorneys want to hire an expert witness to review taped conversations between Peterson and a prison informant.
