Local Shelter Helps Low-Income Pet Owners

A local shelter is raising awareness about the realities of Chicago’s homeless animal population and helping resolve the issue in neighborhoods where low income is often the biggest hurdle. NBC Chicago’s LeeAnn Trotter reports.
