Patti Blagojevich | Proffer indicates that Tony Rezko funneled money through her personal checking account.

The Blagojevich family is looking for any way to produce income, thankfully their latest endeavor doesn't include reality TV.

Patti Blagojevich plans to be a landlord. She looking to rent out a two-bedroom, one-bath condo she owns at 663 W. Melrose in Lake View, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

She has owned the condo since the late 1980s. The 800-square-foot unit includes a fireplace and parking spot for one car all for the price of $1,300 a month.

Blagojevich is keeping the funds in the family though, since the condo is leased through River Realty, the real estate business she own. It’s this same business that’s being questioned in her husband’s upcoming trial.

Prosecutors allegedly think Patti Blagojevich was paid thousands of dollars by developer Tony Rezko for real estate work she didn’t do, reported the Sun-Times. In return for Mrs. Blagojevich’s alleged pay off, Rezko gained a lot of clout and benefits from decisions made by the former governor’s administration.
