Oprah's Star-Studded After Party

Oprah Winfrey's "Surprise Spectacular" raged on after back-to-back tapings at a packed United Center

Celebrities who made cameos during Oprah Winfrey's emotional "Surprise Spectacular" kept the party going Tuesday night post-taping.

Many of them headed to an equally star-studded after party at Four Seasons Hotel. The shindig reportedly lasted into the wee hours and included A-listers Tom Hanks and Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jordan, Jamie Foxx, Jerry Seinfeld, Alicia Keys, Tom Hanks, Kelsey Grammer, Halle Berry and Aretha Franklin, who presented Oprah with a huge bouquet of flowers.

Many of Oprah's show regulars were also in the house, including Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz, Gayle King, Dr. Laura Berman and Suze Orman.

Fans who caught wind of the party's location, gathered outside the hotel as stars momentarily emerged onto a makeshift red carpet.

Gold Coast socialite/philanthropist Gregory Walsh attended the party and described it as a scene straight out of Fantasy Island, with plenty of pink, fushia and teal decor.

Oprah mingled freely with guests during the event, which featured DJ music spinning Michael Jackson and disco hits. Oprah's staff took over the dance floor and former White House social director Desiree Rogers was also spotted getting down, according to Walsh.

According to the 312 Dining Diva, local rock star mixologist Adam Seger of Hum Spirits designed the cocktails and was helped out by Charles Joly of the Drawing Room, Jeff Donohue of The Aviary and Lynn House of Blackbird, among others.

Harpo Studios took more than 154,000 ticket requests for the back-to-back show tapings at United Center. The shows are set to air May 23 and May 24. Winfrey's last show airs May 25 after 25 years.

Appearing on stage throughout the night with the Queen of Talk: Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise, Josh Groban, Patti LaBelle, Beyonce, Halle Berry, Queen Latifah, Katie Holmes and Rascal Flatts. And that was just the first show.
