Police continue their investigation of a shooting outside a North Side nightclub early Sunday that killed one man and left another wounded.
Two men were standing near a vehicle outside Krush nightclub around 3 a.m. when another male approached on foot and began shooting, police said.
News Affairs Officer Robert Perez said two men were wounded in the shooting. A 31-year-old man suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the chest and a 23-year-old man suffered several gunshots to the lower part of his body.
Both were taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center where the 31-year-old died and the other man was listed in critical condition. Perez said as of about 11 a.m. that victim’s condition had stabilized.
