The Old Town Art Fest is one of the most popular annual events in the neighborhood.

Old Town is the hottest place to live in the country. Or at least the place where most people want to be.

That's according to the national real estate site Realtor.com, which singled out the Near North Side neighborhood for receiving the most searches by zip code, specifically 60610.

It's the second year in a row Old Town took the top spot, the only neighborhood in the top 5 to repeat on the list.

The web site lauds Old Town for being walk-friendly, along with its "well-preserved Victorian-style buildings, a fashionable dining scene, and its vibrant urban, pedestrian-friendly Near North Side location."

It also gets props for being the hub of Chicago's three most popular neighborhoods, the Gold Coast, Lincoln Park and River North.

The other neighborhoods on the list were Ballantyne in Charlotte, NC, Pembroke Pines in Hollywood, Fla., Wellington in West Palm Beach, Fla., and McKinney, Texas.
