Naperville Crime Stoppers are offering a $1,000 reward for information in connection with whoever caused thousands of dollars in damage to a Naperville house.

Sometime between June 30 and July 1, burglars forced entry into a home on the 900 block of North Sleight Street and caused more than $10,000 in damage to the interior, police said.

Someone smashed large holes into the walls, pushed the refrigerator over, tore apart cabinets and floors, and left the toilet in pieces.

The house was vacant at the time.

The person or persons responsible could face charges of burglary and criminal damage to property, police said.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Naperville Police.
