    Firefighters battle massive blaze breaks out at 3100 W. Monroe, (Published Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012)

    Firefighters worked for more than an hour Thursday afternoon to put out a huge blaze on Chicago's west side.

    The fire broke out at a vacant building at 3100 West Monroe.

    Flames could be seen shooting from the top floor of the three-story building and through the roof.

    The cause of the fire was unknown late Thurday. No injuries were reported.
