A 29-year-old man was stabbed during a fight with another person on a CTA bus on the city's Southwest Side Tuesday night.
Police said the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. in the 7000 block of South Western Avenue of the city’s Marquette Park neighborhood.
The man was transported to the hospital with stab wounds to the chest and shoulder, police said.
The suspect tried to run after the stabbing, but was quickly arrested.
