Man Injured in Stabbing Near Red Line Station in Old Town

The 37-year-old victim was stabbed in the right shoulder near the Clark and Division Red Line stop

A man was stabbed early Sunday morning in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood near the Clark and Division Red Line station.

The stabbing happened at approximately 12:30 a.m. in the 100 block of West Division, according to Chicago Police News Affairs.

The 37-year-old victim was stabbed in the right shoulder and taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in stable condition. He is a documented gang member, according to News Affairs.

Police are searching for a male offender. A description has not been released.
