Police are holding a person of interest in the shooting death of a man in the Uptown neighborhood Tuesday.
The Sun-Times reports a 27-year-old man is being questioned in connection with the fatal shooting that also wounded a 20-year-old man in the hand.
Brian Green was shot in the chest and died at 12:18 p.m. near North Magnolia and West Montrose. This was Uptown's first murder of the year.
