Man Apologizes For Waking Woman in Home Invasion

Sometimes sorry doesn’t cut it.

Deonta Mackey, 31 of Chicago, allegedly exposed himself to sleeping a 25-year-old woman in the Roger’s Park neighborhood in Februrary. The woman awoke to a rather disturbing view.

Mackey, according to reports, allegedly apologized and fled the scene at 6600 block of North Glenwood Avenue on Feb. 27.  But he’s still being charged for the crime.

Mackey, who also uses the alias Frederick Lipscomb, already has served time for home invasion, and was accused of an earlier home invasion, which makes this incident strike three.

He was charged Friday for the flashing incident according to police.

Mackey’s two previous runs-in with the law include a home invasion that happened on March 14 in the 1200 block of West North Shore Avenue, and a home invasion and unlawful restraint on May 12, 2011.
