A Bolingbrook man, who was arrested in June for making threats against a Kane County Circuit Clerk and an Assistant State’s Attorney, is being held on $75,000 bond.

John Gareski, 47, called the Clerk’s office on June 29 and made threats to the two employees. He was arrested at his home the following day and charged with two felony counts of threatening a public official, according to a release from the Kane County Sheriff’s office.
