Quit smoking, Lindsay, it’s bad for you.

That’s the message one Chicagoan was trying to send to Lindsay Lohan this weekend while the “Mean Girls” star was in town to stalk, err, celebrate with on again-off again girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

“This is far from the worst thing I’ve ever done to my body!” Lohan said to the passerby.

Unfortunately for those of us who enjoy a good celebrity meltdown, that’s about as goofy as LiLo got.

Ronson was in town to DJ at Hotel Sax’s Crimson Lounge completely unaware that girlfriend LiLo, little sis Ali Lohan and Ronson’s sister Annabelle Jones were intent on surprising Ronson for her 32nd birthday.

Before linking up with the birthday girl, the gaggle headed to Hub 51 for a dinner hosted by PR executive David Zapata and his wife.

In between tweets about “epic” chicken and steak tacos, Lohan played the smokestack on the sidewalk, 15 feet from the building of course.

A passerby scolded her for smoking, and that's when Lohan retorted: “This is far from the worst thing I’ve ever done to my body!”

Honey, that’s nothing to brag about.
