Getting out of Chicago for Labor Day is a tough task.

The city of Chicago's Department of Aviation estimates that more than 200,000 passengers are expected to pass through O'Hare International Airport on Friday. More than 70,000 are likely to go through Midway Airport.

Overall, officials estimate that more than 1.4 million passengers will have traveled through O'Hare and Midway from Sept. 3 to Sept. 8.

Add to that the fact that cops are stepping up patrols for drunken drivers on land and water and you'd be better off staying at home.

Or biking.

If you do stay in Chicago there is plenty of stuff to do --- check out this handy guide!
