One Chicago Cubs fan who refused to leave Wrigley Field when he allegedly became belligerent and irate Sunday may not be able to go back to the field for a while.

A judge reportedly banned 20-year-old Daniel Krupa from Wrigley Field Monday after he allegedly swung at off-duty Chicago police officers who were taking him out of the venue.

Krupa was arrested Sunday after he allegedly refused to leave the stadium, despite being asked several times. Police claim Krupa became “belligerent and irate” as he was being escorted off the property and say he struck off-duty police officers working security.

He was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer, criminal trespass, two counts of theft of property and three counts of resisting arrest.

Judge Adam Bourgeois Jr. told Krupa in a bond court hearing Monday he was banned from Wrigley Field until his case is resolved, the Chicago Tribune reported.

The theft charges were reportedly in connection to two IDs Krupa had that belonged to people over the age of 21.

It was not immediately clear if Krupa had an attorney.
