A three day job fair hosted by the Village of Rosemont aims to fill about 500 positions for their new development, the Park in Rosemont.
“This job fair is just the beginning," said Rosemont Mayor Brad Stephens. "We look forward to hosting subsequent job fairs to staff up the Hofbräuhaus Chicago, Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill, Taverna Opa and the Park Tavern, all of which will be fully operational by mid-summer.”
The fair kicks off at 11 a.m. on Sunday, February 19, in the first floor ballroom of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center on 5555 N. River Road. Hours for the event are as follows: Sunday, Feb. 19, 11 a.m.–5 p.m.; Monday, Feb. 20, 12–8 p.m. and Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2–10 p.m.
Full-time and part-time positions being filled include venue managers; servers, bartenders and hosts; cooks and kitchen support staff; and security and door personnel, according to the Village of Rosemont's website.
The Park at Rosemont will open this spring.
