Tyra Bank’s hit show America’s Next Top Model kicked off its 15 cycle (model speak for season.)
Illinois hopeful, Lexie Tomchek of Geneva is in the mix for winning the show. She passed the first round with Tyra and her panel after competing in a runway challenge dressed in Cynthia Rowley.
The bar is high for this cycle’s winner with a spread in two magazines, “Vogue Italia” and “Beauty in Vogue.” But Tomchek is no stranger to jumping. In High school she was ranked top ten in the state for high jump with a best of 5’4”.
The current cycle was under fire for a few promos that aired over the summer that implied ANTM was looking for the “smallest waist in the world.” Tyra refuted those claims and pulled the ads.
