    Families staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Lakeview are preparing to move into the new location in Streeterville.     Dancers raised money in teams and individually and stayed on their feet for 13.1 hours to show support for the hundreds of children being treated at the hospital.

    More than 30 patients and their families attended the event and Chicago Blackhawks’ mascot Tommy Hawk also came to shake a tail in support.

    The Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago officially opened its doors and admitted their first of many patients at 6 a.m. on Saturday. By the end of the day, 126 patients from Children's Memorial in Lincoln Park were successfully transported to the new hospital.
