10 Displaced, 2 Injured in Humboldt Park Fire

An early morning fire on the Northwest Side sent two people to the hospital and displaced 10 from their home.

The blaze broke out about 3 a.m. Monday at a two-story frame house on 4210 W. Division in the Humboldt Park neighborhood.

Firefighters battled huge flames until the blaze was extinguished. Ten people, including three children living in the house, were displaced.

The two people taken to the hospital were reported in serious condition.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
