Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton is holding a get-out-the-vote rally in suburban Vernon Hills Thursday to connect with Chicago-area voters ahead of Tuesday’s primary election.
The Park Ridge native’s trip comes just two days after her husband, former President Bill Clinton, campaigned in Evanston.
“Come hear about her plans to break down the barriers for all Americans and how you can take advantage of early voting in Illinois through March 14,” her campaign website wrote of the event.
Doors opened at the Sullivan Community Center at 635 Aspen Drive at 5:45 p.m.
