Fighting hair loss is all about prevention.
Unfortunately for Joseph R. Garcia, loss-prevention specialists busted him for allegedly swiping 23 bottles of Rogaine hair loss medication, the Sun-Times reports.
Garcia, 39, pilfered the cream on two different occasions, cops say. He allegedly took 16 bottles on Nov. 30 from a CVS, and returned in January for another supplement.
Police arrested him on a different occasion when he tried the same maneuver Feb. 21 at a Jewel-Osco in Niles. They say he was caught by CVS cameras in the earlier incidents.
Garcia appeared in court on March 9 and heads back to defend himself against hair-loss larceny on March 25.
