Gun Range Shooting Death Ruled A Suicide

Officials say the gun range was crowded when the shooting occurred.

The death of a 49-year-old Michigan man at a Lyons gun range Tuesday has been ruled a suicide.

An autopsy determined that Michael Babinski died of a gunshot wound to the neck.

Authorities say Babinski shot himself in the head shortly before 2 p.m. in the gun range at Midwest Guns.

Two of Babinski's guns, a .45-caliber and a 9 mm, were recovered from the gun range.

Police say initial reports that Babinski was shot more than once were not accurate.
