Gary Man Sentenced to Jail for Drug Dealing

Previously served time for second-degree murder conviction

A Gary, Indiana man is headed to jail for the second time after being sentenced to seven years in prison for dealing cocaine.

Brian McMillan, 40, sold .33 grams of cocaine to an informant working with Gary police, according to a release. He pled guilty to the drug charge in May and was sentenced Tuesday.

McMillan was previously convicted in 1993 in Cook County for second-degree murder. He served 15 years in prison.
