A Wauconda firefighter is accused of sexually abusing a minor.
Donald Berthiaume, 41, was arrested Wednesday and faces two counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse.
Officials say Berthiaume had inappropriate sexual contact a girl in 2005. The girl was was under the age of 13 at the time of the alleged offense.
Berthiaume was released after posting bond.
He's been on the department for 13 years.
