Trains on two lines were stopped after a fire on the tracks on the city’s North Side, the Chicago Transit Authority announced Friday afternoon.
Red and Purple Line trains were stopped at Wilson while crews were working to restore power. The Chicago Fire Department was on scene climbing onto the tracks from a ladder truck.
