Cops have charged another teen in the death of Derrion Albert.

19-year-old Lapoleon Colbert becomes the fifth teen charged with first-degree murder in connection to the Sept. 24 beating of Fenger High School honor student Derrion Albert.

Police say Colbert lives on the far south side and is expected to appear in court for a bond hearing Wednesday.

Colbert’s image was captured on video footage of the brutal attack, said Sally Daly, a spokeswoman for the Cook County state’s attorney’s office.

Four other teens face charges for the teen's death.  Amateur footage shows Albert as an innocent bystander in a fight between two groups of students from the Altgeld Gardens public housing complex.

The video shows the group of teens repeatedly striking Albert with railroad tide, punching and stomping him in the head.
