Three of the four teenagers who stand accused of beating Chicago honor student Derrion Albert to death are set to face the music.
Silvonus Shannon, 19, Eugene Riley, 18, and Eric Carson, 16, will be arraingned on murder charges for their alleged roles in the Sept. 24 incident, which was caught on amateur video.
The graphic footage shows the 16-year-old Albert being hit with boards, kicked and punched as he lay on a sidewalk. Albert was a student at Christian Fenger Academy High School.
A fourth teen has been charged as a juvenile with murder in Albert's death. His name has not been released.
