The Milwaukee Brewers say a man who fell over a railing at Miller Park and into the team's bullpen was conscious and alert when paramedics responded.

The start of the 8th inning against the Minnesota Twins was delayed Tuesday night while medical personnel carried the man out of the bullpen on a stretcher.

The man fell from the concourse near Friday's Front Row Sports Grill, which is about 15 feet above the bullpen.

The man was taken to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, where was treated and released the same evening, the hospital said in a statement Wednesday afternoon.

The hospital declined to identify the man, per his request, and said he was "grateful for all of the well wishes and concern."
