Cubs, Players Thank Fans on Social Media

 The Chicago Cubs’ roster is loaded with players who are active on social media, and after the team was eliminated from the postseason on Wednesday against the New York Mets, many players took to Twitter to thank fans for their support.

Anthony Rizzo, who gave away tickets to fans throughout the postseason, had some words of encouragement as the team begins the offseason:
