Euro Bar used a cover photo from Maxim’s July 2007 issue that showed the stunning Transformers star posing in a short gold dress. Club owners tried to be sneaky when they flipped the image 180 degrees for Euro’s flyer, but Maxim still recognized its own handiwork.
Now the mag is suing Euro for “infringing on Maxim trademarks and copyrights." They insist Euro must immediately cease and desist from using the photograph (or any other Maxim material) on any of their flyers or other advertising material, TMZ reports.
