The Scarecrow Bandit -- An expert in knocking over Hanover Park and Hoffman Estates banks, this Cillian Murphy-wannabe's been dubbed "Scarecrow Bandit" after his plaid shirt, floppy hat, and mud-covered face -- guess "Restorative Protein Mask Thief" just didn't have the same ring.
