A man died Tuesday night after falling off a truck at a Chicago steel plant.
The unidentified man fell off a truck at the Central Steel & Wire Company at 3000 W. 51st St.
The man suffered severe head injuries and died at the hospital, officials said.
Detectives are treating the incident as a death investigation.
