Chicago Ranked Third Best Burger City

Windy City moves up three spots in "Travel and Leisure" survey

Forget pizza and hot dogs, Chicago may soon be known for its burgers.

Chicago placed third out of 25 cities in a Travel and Leisure  magazine "what's-hot-what's not survey to determine which city has the best burger.

Chicago placed sixth in the same survey last year.

Providence, R.I. was ranked the top city for best burgers followed by Philadelphia.

Avondale's Kuma's Corner was singled out  for its  theatrical interpretations on the menu like the Iron Maiden, featuring avocado, cherry peppers, and chipotle-mayo.
