The son of Robert F. Kennedy has been charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly clashing with two nurses who tried to stop him from taking his 2-day-old baby boy from a Westchester maternity unit. Douglas Kennedy and his wife called the charges "absurd" and said the nurses were in the wrong. Jonathan Dienst reports. Sunday's rain doesn't mean the enter of wintery weather for Chicago.

Sunday's wet and soggy weather doused the city and giving Chicagoans a taste of spring- like temps.

The warm temps were expected to melt area snow which, combined with rain accumulations, could cause potential flooding.

As temperatures cool Sunday evening into Monday morning, however, rain may turn back into snow or freezing drizzle.

Though the system is expected to lighten by Monday morning, commuters should keep an eye for light weather disruptions.
