Edgewater residents expressed apprehension after hearing a report of a man who sexually assaulted a woman in broad daylight. Emily Florez reports.

A Cook County judge questioned prosecutors about why it took so long for charges to be brought.

Prosecutors responded that relatives of the victim were initially unsure whether they wanted to pursue a case.

There was no current phone listing for Dudovitz, and it was not immediately clear if he had a lawyer.
