Chicago Bears Sign Former Atlanta Falcons Running Back Jacquizz Rodgers

The Chicago Bears have signed on former Atlanta Falcons running back Jacquizz Rodgers.

Rodgers was inked to a one-year contract Tuesday, making him the latest veteran addition to the roster under general manager Ryan Pace.

Rodgers has 1,116 yards rushing and 1,104 receiving in four seasons with Atlanta. He ran for 217 yards and had 173 receiving yards last season.

On Friday, cornerback Alan Ball was also signed to a one year-contract.

Pace has brought on 10 players from other teams for their 2015 season since the first day of free agency. Rodgers marks the seventh player to be on for a one-year contract.
